Coach Will HarperWill Harper has dedicated his life to helping young people for over two decades. He has worked with young student athletes to develop character and empasizing academics and athletics. He has been involved with at-risk student athletes for his whole life.

In 1987, as a student at Virginia Commonwealth University, he lettered as the men’s basketball team manager. During this time, he learned how to balance his life priorities as well as his job. He was also a Rotarian Member.

In 1991, he was the Assistant Coach for the Athlete's in Action Men's Overseas Team, where he went to Korea.

In 1996, he became a high school coach at Thomas Jefferson High School.

In 1998, he became the head coach for the Capitol City Express AAU Women's Team in Richmond, Virginia. He was the head coach for ages 12 and under, as well as the assistant coach for ages 17 and under Joint National Team.

In 2000, he became the assistant basketball coach for Cincinatti State College, where ran day to day operations, recruiting, scheduling, coordinated the weight room, and intramural sports. Will Harper built up the winning tradition of Cincinatti State. During his 5 year tenure, Will was a part of the 2000-2001 NJCAA Elite Eight women's basketball team. This team was the OCCAC Women's State Tournament Champions in 2001, the 2001-2002 season Ohio Community College Conference Championship, and the 2003 Ohio Community College Athletics Association Women's Basketball Tournament. Also in 2003, he brought wins to the Lady Surge at the non-regional conference championships. He helped the Lady Surge win regional three years in a row during his career at Cincinatti State.

In 2006, he became a case manager for the Citizens Comittee on Youth in Cincinatti working with at-risk youth looking for summer work. He was also the activites leader at the LeBron Boys and Girls Club.

In 2007 he moved across the country to become the Youth Ministries director at the Concord Salvation Army. There he led the Concord Eagles youth basketball team to seven championships.

Will Harper has done camps all over the country for various universities including Wake Forest, Seton Hall, The University of Georgia, and the University of Virginia.

Will Harper is dedicated to building the complete student athlete.
